What should I include in my request?
Your Emirate and community, property type, approximate size, surfaces, condition and preferred timing.
Do I need a postal code?
No. Select your Emirate and enter your community, building or villa location. Exact access instructions can be agreed later.
Can I stay in my home during painting?
Discuss room sequencing, ventilation and drying times with your contractor. Product instructions and household needs will determine the arrangement.
Will my furniture be protected?
Agree furniture movement, protective coverings and cleanup in the written scope before work starts.
Can I book a move-out repaint?
Include your handover date and your landlord’s paint specifications. Confirm any required building permissions.
Is the online request a confirmed booking?
